Please let me know about your upcoming event that you may want treats for! Please fill out ONE form per date. I will tentatively add you to my calendar and send you a reminder message a month before the event to see if you're interested in having treats at that event. By being penciled in, your order will take priority over any last-minute orders, and you will avoid hearing "Sorry, I'm booked!" from me.
